Eduard Lebedev was born in 1971, currently living in Moscow, Russia.
Mr. Lebedev is a Chairman od Chocolate Academy at Barry Callebaut NL Russia since 2008. Before that he had an experience working in “Dolce Vita Group” Holding, “Kafka”,“Eldorado”, “Patel & Chabot” Restaurants.
He is an expert in confectionary production, staff training, chocolate candies handmade products, and leading culinary workshops.
